25kgs and counting
In the past 3 years ive slowly lost 25kg. From 2008 to August 2010 I'd had lost 10kg by more or less doing anything I was loosing the weight but it was slow because I wasn't doing any exercise and I wasn't being careful with what I was eating but walking in the doors to join weight watchers was the hardest toughest and best decision I have ever made and in a year Ive lost 15kg and feeling a lot better about myself and the fact that I can go into shops and know that they will have my size is a good feeling.
I have started exercising though I'll admit I didn't do any during winter but I will start again once the weekend is over and I have learnt more about portion control and actually sticking to it and not giving myself a small serving and then going back for seconds or thirds. I don't stop myself from eating what I want but I do try and limit myself to much I can have a week.
